I happened to find my first job in Australia in the most remote Roadhouse of the Northern Territory, Barkly Homestead Roadhouse. The Barkly has become some kind of family to me. There are only a few experiences that will stick to you through your whole lifetime. Swimming side by side with a massive whaleshark is definitely one of them. On my roadtrip up the west coast of Australia I had the rare chance to fulfil one of my biggest dreams at the famous ningaloo reef in exmouth. And it was so breathtaking!
